We provide a wide range of support, including talking therapies and skills-based activities in groups and one-to-one settings.


We would encourage you to visit us, even if you are not attending one of our programmes as you will be made welcome and become part of our relaxed and supportive community.

WORKING TOGETHER TO IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH
We are delighted that our house is back open after facing some time being closed due to the pandemic and we are overjoyed to hear the sound of voices and see friendly faces in the building once more, however, we understand that not everyone feels comfortable around others so we now have a dedicated quiet space for those who prefer to be supported in a relaxed and quiet environment. 

We also provide an outdoor space at the back of our premises that you can use if you prefer to sit outside.
